Building Gurus has evolved dramatically from its inception to become a multi-national provider of recruiting solutions. Our company is located in Fargo, ND. We are proud our company embodies the Midwest work ethic and genuine friendliness that growing up in the heartland provides.
Building Gurus is led by Rikka Brandon. She has been recruiting in the building products industry since 2001. She fell into the profession when she started out recruiting for Pella Windows and Doors. She had recruited in other industries, but fell in love with the straight talk and authenticity of the building products world.
In 2003 she decided to strike out on her own and focused exclusively on the building products industry. Even though the building products sector can be full of twists and turns – it’s what she loves and is where her heart is.
She is supported by a team of professionals who are experts at what they do. These experts cover all aspects of a successful search – including online research, name generation, recruiting through social media, sourcing, relationship marketing, and database management. This support allows Rikka to focus on developing the client relationship, the search strategy, and selling the opportunity to the candidate… and of course closing the deal!
